Shipping Policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:
At Pleascent all of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped through USPS priority mail with a 1-3 business day delivery timeframe. Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Shipping is free in the US for orders over $99.00.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Actual delivery time will depend on the United States Postal Service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package by USPS.
However, I always want to make sure that you receive your order you purchased so if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order please contact me at info@pleascent.com.
