Exchanges:

All sales at Pleascent are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.

  • Damaged Items: In the event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us by email at info@pleascent.com to initiate the exchange process within 7 business days from the date of delivery for your order. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and attached photographs in the email. Please provide customer service 24-48 hours to respond to your email and we will be happy to exchange the damaged item for the same product once the exchange is approved.

 

  • Shipping Costs: Pleascent will cover the shipping costs associated with exchanging defective or damaged products.

 

  • Cancellation: Once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
